Limited Lifetime Warranty
If any Mazdog Outdoors™ product is determined to have defects caused by material or craftsmanship during the life of the product, Mazdog Outdoors™ will either repair or replace the returned product at its discretion. If the product has been abused, misused, tampered with, altered in any way, or damaged due to an unauthorized repair, this warranty will be considered void.
A copy of the original dated sales receipt, from an authorized Mazdog Outdoors™ retailer, must accompany the returned product. If the returned product has been discontinued, Mazdog Outdoors™ reserves the right to replace the returned product with another product of comparable function and value.
Retailers of Mazdog Outdoors™ products are not authorized to accept products for warranty service. Items being returned for warranty service should be shipped postage paid directly to Mazdog Outdoors™. Please include a brief description of the issue with the returned product along with a check or money order in the amount of $12.00 to cover return shipping and handling. Shipping cost for warranty returns within 30 days of the original purchase date will be the responsibility of Mazdog Outdoors™. Mazdog Outdoors™ assumes no responsibility for repaired or replaced product returned to an inaccurate customer provided address.
This is a limited warranty, as currently defined by federal law and is valid only in the continental United States. This warranty is not transferable. No implied warranty of this product is extended, except where required by applicable state law.
Customers are advised to obtain a tracking number when returning products for warranty repair or replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm delivery of the returned product. Mazdog Outdoors™ assumes no responsibility for returned products never received.
